This Warranty Terms page explains how Power Gardens guarantees the quality and performance of the products and services that you purchase from us.

Products Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty against defects in manufacture for all the products that we sell, except for the batteries, which have a 2-year warranty. This means that if any of the products that you buy from us fails or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge, or refund you the purchase price, at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by:

  • Improper installation, use, or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters
  • Tampering, alteration, or modification
  • Abuse, misuse, or negligence
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive environments
  • Power surges, electrical faults, or voltage fluctuations

To claim the warranty, you must contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +34 664 144 964 and provide us with your order number, the product name, and the description of the problem. You must also send us the defective product, along with the proof of purchase, such as an invoice or a receipt, to our address: Power Gardens S.L., Carrer Santa Pola 3D, 03509, Finestrat, Alicante, Spain.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced product back to you.

Services Warranty

We offer a 5-year warranty for the installation and maintenance services that we provide. This means that if any of the solar systems that we install or maintain for you fails or malfunctions due to an installation or maintenance error within the warranty period, we will fix it free of charge, or refund you the service fee, at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by:

  • Improper use or operation of the solar system
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters
  • Tampering, alteration, or modification
  • Abuse, misuse, or negligence
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive environments
  • Power surges, electrical faults, or voltage fluctuations
